WilderFIT Colorado is Southwest Colorado’s ultimate Women’s Mountain Adventure. They are an all-inclusive experience designed to help women get outdoors, try new adventures, and empower each other.
Use WILDERFIT Colorado as your permission slip to turn off the crazy schedule of life, to shed layers of worry and guilt, and to remember the joy of laughter.
Lodging at the Rocking R Ranch consists of 7 bedrooms and 7 baths, where you will be extremely comfortable. Rooms will be shared with retreat individuals, unless other arrangements are made (pricing will vary). Each room contains bunk beds, a full bathroom with shower, and is fully heated. All towels, linens, and bedding are provided.
The lodge has a professional kitchen where cooking classes will be held. Three delicious meals and snacks will be served each day.
Your day will conclude with relaxation in the beautiful hot tub and/or time by the campfire.

WilderFIT Colorado offers Montrose Fit Classes, where their passion is in fitness and helping others reach beyond their goals. Programs include 6 week sessions that can be personalized for small groups that meet 2 or 3 times per week. Choices of exercises include: Weight Training, TRX, PiYo, Cardio, HIIT, and much more! All will be tailored to your group’s level. You can choose the time and location that will work best for your group!
