occasion, and request a custom romance package, which might
include sparkling cider, wine glasses, a bouquet delivered at the
appropriate time, and a lighter breakfast delivered to your door.
A bubble bath by candlelight and firelight is a delight,
accompanied by soft music and chocolate for dessert.

A wedding at South
Bay is simply wonderful. From late afternoon the day before your
wedding until the day after, South Bay Bed and Breakfast is yours
for you, your families, and your friends to enjoy.
A wedding
at South Bay is intimate and personal. You can plan exactly the
type of wedding you would like. The smallest wedding was on a cool
evening in front of the fireplace. After the ceremony the bride
and groom and their six guests enjoyed a prime rib dinner in the
solarium dining room. The largest wedding, attended by 100 guests,
was held outside on a spectacular summer day. A buffet reception
was served under a canopy, and music and dancing followed into the
evening.
Outdoor Adventure Retreats
Some of the
attractions that make this a special area: Sail boat charters,
ferry rides, Lummi Island, fish hatcheries, golf courses, Farmers
Market, logging roads, river rafting, fly fishing, Mount Baker,
skiing, whale watching, museums, art galleries, Fairhaven, Old
Town, antiques, festivals and community events, parks, live
theater and concerts, La Conner, Lynden, Seattle City Light’s
Ross Dam Tour/Dinner/Boat ride, Mount Baker Winery, Everybody’s
Store, the North Cascades Highway, Vancouver B.C., Seattle, the
San Juan Islands, Victoria, and meeting new friends.
We have
maps, brochures, and ideas available for sights to see and things
to do, as well as menus and recommendations for area restaurants. As
weather allows, our user friendly kayak, canoe, and mountain bikes
are available at no charge, and we know some great private picnic
sites, walks, and hikes. A campfire with marshmallows and new
friends is always fun.
