The Pillar Inn is a grand home with 3 luxurious guest rooms and a beautiful setting for your special events. Relax in our comfortable beds. Soak in the Grand Suite's two-person hot tub. Enjoy being served a sumptuous breakfast, either in our dining room or the privacy of your suite. And for those of you who still need connection to the outside world, free wi-fi is accessible throughout the house.

Our gardens and gazebo, along with the beautiful historic home, make a memorable backdrop for your wedding day.

      

The ceremony can be held on the lawn of The Pillar Inn, or inside in front of our fireplace. The maximum number of people we can comfortably accommodate for an outdoor ceremony is approximately 50 people. Inside, the living room can comfortably seat approximately 30 people.

Imagine this scene as you enter your room: Silk rose petals strewn on the bed, chilled sparkling wine and chocolate dipped strawberries set on the table, with romantic music playing in the background. We will help you set the stage for a romantic evening for any occasion! Also available are a dozen roses and chocolate truffles.

Bird Watching & Wildlife

DISCOVER BIRDING IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA!! Learn and explore! The Pillar Inn has partnered with El Rancho Manana Campground and Riding Stable to offer you a unique birding experience. Stay at least one night at our beautiful inn and receive a day pass to explore the wooded hiking trails and look for birds on the 1208 acres of scenic El Rancho Manana.   Commonly sighted birds include bald eagles, blue heron's, cardinals, orioles, mallard ducks, loons, and much, much more.

Horseback Riding and Hiking

Visit El Rancho Manana Campground and Riding Stables, only 7 miles from The Pillar Inn! Enjoy a guided horseback ride through scenic, wooded trails. There is a small charge to visit the El Rancho Manana and to use the trails for hiking. If you wish, we can provide a picnic lunch to take with for an additional fee. Horseback riding is offered May through September. Reservations required.
