River Dance Lodge

The River Dance Lodge is a place that celebrates wild rivers, nature and adventure. We welcome you to come relax and enjoy the ambiance of a hand-crafted log cabin. Adjacent to the 1.1 million acre Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness and the Lewis and Clark Trail there are miles of trails to explore. Three wild and pristine rivers neighbor the resort - the Clearwater, Selway and Lochsa. You can swim from a white sand beach, fish for cutthroat trout, take a whitewater rafting trip, or a lazy summer  float. At the end of the day sooth your body with a soak in your own private hot tub on the deck of your cabin, with a heavenly view of verdant, forested mountains and the gently flowing Clearwater.

There are six log cabins at the River Dance Lodge including two duplexes. Depending on sleeping arrangements, we can accommodate from 32-56 people, making this the the ideal location for a family reunion, wedding, honeymoon or business retreats.

Family Retreats

We've put together a special family adventure vacation called Family Adventure Camp. This trip combines comfortable accommodations (your own log cabin, with private hot tub) and daily activities that include rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fly fishing, hiking and swimming in Idaho's great outdoors. 3- and 6-day packages are available. Price depends on season. All ages welcome.

Family Reunion Retreats

The River Dance Lodge is fully equipped and ready for your next Family Reunion. The cabins can comfortably fit up to 64 guests and we have camping sites as well for larger family reunions. Call and schedule in advance and you can make the River Dance Lodge one big "family reunion rental".

• Teaming up with ROW Adventures, the River Dance Lodge will provide your family reunion in Idaho with numerous choices of nearby activities like: Lochsa whitewater rafting, kayaking or scenic rafting on the Clearwater, guided fly fishing, Idaho horseback riding or hiking in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness. Just pick the activities you would like to do and we'll make all of the arrangements.
• One of the biggest worries with family reunions is "food". Who is going to bring it? How are we going to make it? The River Dance Lodge's on-site Syringa Café serves delicious Mediterranean and American food and is also available to cater custom meals for your reunion.
• Would you like to cook some meals yourself, or have a family reunion cook-off? No problem! Each of our cabins have convenience kitchens inside with microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and under-counter refrigerator and a charcoal grill outside. We'll even provide your family with the charcoal.

Corporate Retreats

River Dance Lodge can accommodate up to 64 guests. Our on-site Syringa Cafe can cater custom meals for your retreat. You'll find plenty to do in the area, with guided hikes, fly fishing, drift boat fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, canoeing, and kayaking trips.
